Pergamon SP Frei Caneca by Accor

The hotel has a very friendly relaxed chilled vibe, and the staff are so warm, friendly and above all so helpful. It was my birthday and they were so l lovely, they upgraded my room and when I returned from the gym, they left me a birthday cake and a beautiful card, I was so touched. The breakfast was amazing, and the breakfast team were wonderful, always happy and smiling, In fact everybody I came into contact with who worked there, were amazing, the reception team, security, and my favourite, the beautiful room attendant. Every morning she would greet me with a beautiful smile and as I left the room I would hear her lovely voice singing as she cleaned the room. The location is perfect, you have it all bars, clubs, restaurants, gyms, 2 minutes to Parque Augusta, Shopping Frei Caneca Mall and Avenida Paulista. I have stayed in many hotels in Sao Paulo, but this is the best, just perfect.

the place is in a great location - hotel has some age, but was built in a first-class manner. marble floors in lobby with very cool art piece - I got the deluxe king - which was huge and the bed absolutely awesome. great wood floors - just a great feel all around. a few tweaks though would truly add to the overall feel.

Nice location near the Center. Perfect for a 1-3 day stay in SP. I stayed there for a connection to GRU from SC.

Location, it was walking distance to a small mall and easy to get around.
